Hamburg, Germany – June 6, 2018 – Today marks a milestone moment for our 550 employees represented in 16 offices in Europe, North America and Asia serving 2,500 customers around the globe as we officially unveil our new name and brand, Serrala. As a global leader in intelligent financial automation software and treasury consulting services, we are uniquely positioned to help organizations optimize the new “universe of payments” as they seek efficient cash visibility and demand secure financial processes in a rapidly evolving world. We celebrate and announce this news today at the 2018 SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG annual conference as our new name is revealed to our most valued stakeholders: our employees, customers and partners.
Through M&A activities over the past year under our former entity, Hanse Orga Group, we had the good fortune to add like-minded partners SOPLEX Consult, Dolphin Enterprise Solutions, e5 Solutions and Tembit Software to our growing portfolio of innovative end-to-end solutions. As one combined unit, standing on over 30 years of industry experience, we have created a complete ecosystem of payments that provides security and compliance at every step in the value chain. It is our goal to continue to build on our collective expertise to evoke confidence and trust to enterprises across all industry sectors and all sizes – from medium-sized companies to global players.
Our new brand, Serrala, is inspired by the Sierra de la Serrella, a powerful mountain range in Spain symbolizing confidence and security. Born from the belief that no problem is too large to solve, Serrala brings clarity to complexity. The name expresses our core company values as we constantly challenge ourselves to deliver fully automated solutions that are secure, robust, simple, centralized and scalable and specifically designed to meet our customer’s needs no matter how complex the task may be.
