Director Solution Success – Payments (m/f/d)
Sales & marketing
- Works closely with VP Sales of the different regions to
- Develop individual solution sales approaches/strategies
- Develop marketing strategies / activities
- Understand solution training and sales material needs to enable sales to be successful
- Understand and determines solution pricing approach globally / per region
- Supports sales in large deals / RfPs directly
- Takes ownership for achieving sales budgets globally / per region
- Understands our solutions and regional adaptation needs to fit the local customer requirements
- Generates innovation requirements for the solution(s) and hands them over to product management (will not be involved in writing specs)
- Keeps track of customer satisfaction post order
- Keeps an eye on staffing situation in consulting and supports, directly aligns with functional leads
- Conducts market & competition research (as input for sales and solution responsibilities)
- Will be involved in yearly roadmap & solution vision sessions as subject matter expert
Provides top management reportings by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
- “Go-to-guy” within the organization for one specific solution regarding customer facing activities (sales, marketing, consulting)
- Will be held accountable for achieving our solution growth plans
- Needs to be revenue target and customer oriented
- Strong communicator internally and externally with a strong service and sales mindset
