Serrala is currently looking to fill the following position at its headquarter in Hamburg:

Manager Solution Architects - O2C/Cash Application (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for managing the “Cash Application” area in the Solution Architects department
    • Manage and allocate all applicable tasks around short- and long-term pre-sales activities
  • Support the team in launching proven software solutions in the global markets
  • Support sales (direct and indirect) in customer activities aiming to sell customer projects
  • Support RFP (request of proposal) replies to international customer base
  • Prepare and conduct Customer Demos and Assessment Workshops to internal as well as external users
  • Represent Serrala on industry fairs and conferences
  • Update/improve pre-sales processes, procedures, demos & presentations in the area of O2C and beyond
  • Manage and grow a team of Accounts Receivable experts
  • Build up market and product knowledge (Serrala, SAP and external solutions) with the objective to represent Serrala’s thought leadership roles on the global market
  • Transfer Know-How to Sales, Consulting, Product Strategy and Product Management

Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree, ideally in IT / Business Administration (Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance)
  • IT projects, consultancy background or practitioner in the area of credit management
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Disputes, Collection Management
  • Experience with implementing/developing/supporting IT solutions in one or more of the following areas: Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and Disputes, Collection Management
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and ERP integration (AR, General Accounting)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, German is optional, other languages are a big plus
  • Team-Player, enabling the team to collaborate and work together
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong willingness to travel globally (approximately 50% of the candidate’s time will be spent travelling)
