To achieve this aim, Serrala is currently looking to fill the following position at its headquarter in Hamburg:

Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Solution oriented: Become a part of our Technical Support Team – Cash Application or Payment
  • Keep track: Analysis and classification of support requests according to urgency
  • Work independently: In-depth research and independent development of new solutions
  • Quality: Follow up with support requests and quality measures
  • IT sparring partner: Coordination of requests between internal departments

Your profile:

  • Education: Completed training as a bank clerk or accountant with an affinity for IT/technology
  • Good to know: Knowledge and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets accounting or in SAP FI, also SAP Key-User
  • Would be great: First support experiences are an advantage
  • About you: Friendly, strong communication skills, team- and service-oriented and good analytic skills
  • You can do it: Enjoy working across departments
  • Last but noch least: Very good command of German and good command of English, both spoken and written
