Sven Lindemann

Sven Lindemann, CEO

Sven Lindemann leads in Consulting and Strategy Development for Serrala’s executive board specifically spearheading the company’s internationalization. After training as a software developer at the Vereins- und Westbank he first joined the organisation as a software consultant. A few years later he moved on to the management board. Since 2001 he has been on the executive board of Serrala (formerly Hanse Orga) and in 2012 has taken over the chairmanship of the board from his father and founder of the company, Hans Herbert Lindemann.

Stephan Benkendorf

Stephan Benkendorf, Chief Domestic Officer

Areas of responsibility: DACH Sales, DACH Marketing

Stephan Benkendorf joined the Executive Board in 2003 where he is in charge of sales and marketing for the DACH region. Previously, he was Sales Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at PULSION Medical Systems AG. He has also worked for international companies such as Hewlett Packard and Philips.

Dirk Schilling

Dirk Schilling, Chief Financial Officer

Areas of responsibility: Finance, Accounting, HR and Legal

Dirk Schilling, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all commercial areas of Serrala. These include finance and accounting, HR, IT, legal and general administration. As a business administration graduate he has extensive commercial management experience, which he has collected in various medium-sized business groups (Haniel, Bechtle, Medien-Union). Immediately prior to joining Serrala he was CFO with Alltours, the travel agent.

Christoph Dubies

Christoph Dubies, Chief Strategy Officer

Areas of responsibility: Corporate Strategy and M&A

As Chief Strategy Officer, Christoph Dubies is responsible for the corporate strategy, M&A activities as well as the integration of new companies. Prior to joining Serrala in 2016, he worked for top management consultants McKinsey & Company and in Private Equity (Waterland Private Equity). He has been focusing on the international development and implementation of corporate growth strategies.
