HAMBURG / ORLANDO, FL – May 7, 2019 – Serrala, an SAP Silver partner and global B2B fintech software company, today announced their participation at SAPPHIRE NOW® and ASUG Annual Conference on May 7-9 in Orlando, Florida booth #1555. Serrala will present their end-to-end approach for optimizing the Universe of Payments, covering all processes related to inbound and outbound payments. Visitors have the unique opportunity to gain insights in automation processes that make their financial IT landscape future-proof. Serrala innovates its solutions continuously using AI and blockchain technologies. In four speaker sessions, Serrala demonstrates, together with clients, how innovation has been implemented to improve finance processes, reduce risk and benefit from efficiencies.

“The latest IT and Business Intelligence technologies are rapidly changing the financial landscape. As a result, fraud risks increase, but also opportunities for new automated and seamless payment processes arise. We make use of these new technologies, creating end-to-end solutions that provide answers to today’s challenges in finance,” says Sven Lindemann, CEO at Serrala.

Serrala’s solutions integrate with SAP S/4HANA® and multi-ERP systems and can be deployed flexibly in the cloud or as hybrid models, creating one seamless IT landscape. This enables a wide range of customer benefits. For fraud prevention, for example, Serrala offers a Fraud Monitor, which checks payments and indicates irregularities. Users benefit from increased security of company-wide payments and can effectively prevent losses. The SAP Fiori® app-based Fraud Monitor can be integrated into central SAP systems, allowing users to manage all processes from one single platform, increasing productivity and efficiency.
