Larger team, new leadership structure: Serrala empowers Channel Management

In line with our growth strategy, Serrala will further expand Channel Management as a strong indirect sales channel. To achieve this goal, we restructured our channel management team and on-boarded new colleagues.

Shimi Raz joined the team on March 1, 2019, as the new Vice President, Channel Management. In that role, he will be responsible for the development of our global Partner Program and the expansion of the program into untapped regions. In the light of this change, Michal Kofman, who previously led Channel Management, will transition into a new role. As Vice President, Global Partners she will be responsible for nurturing and developing key partners. Shimi and Michal will report directly into our CEO Sven Lindemann.

It’s our goal to enlarge the Channel Management team by ten colleagues this year. In the first quarter, we have welcomed the following members

  • Noriela Escandon is responsible for partners located in Mexico, Central America, Columbia and the Caribbean
  • Raf Van Hoof will take care of our partners located in South Europe and France
  • Vincent Trunzo is responsible for partners in North America
  • Lee Whincup is our partner manager for Australia and New Zealand

Noriela and Raf both joined us from SAP and are familiar with the ecosystem and financial business processes. Vincent and Lee both bring 20+ years of experience in building and managing global partnerships. We are happy to have a new foothold in the APAC region, with the immediate ability to tap into the Australian market.
