Since 1979, the Northern Nevada Manpower franchise has been owned and operated by the same family for 3 generations. They offer Temporary to Full Time Employment, Human Resource Solutions, Direct Hire, Short Term, and Payroll Services for clerical, unskilled and skilled industrial, mining, technical, professional, production, trades, logistics/distribution, and contact center placements.

Manpower faced significant challenges in their invoicing process. They were using Docuware, a program not designed for invoicing, which resulted in inefficiencies and required a lot of manual effort. Managing invoices, timesheets, and purchase orders involved sending over 1400 emails per month. This not only consumed a considerable amount of time, but also led to errors and delays in their invoicing cycle.

Upon realizing the need for a more efficient invoicing solution, Manpower explored various options. Our Alevate AR platform caught their attention.
