To guarantee the insurance coverage, companies must fulfil numerous obligations and always maintain the current insurance limits. This results in considerable administrative effort. Koch Media wanted to reduce this effort by optimizing and centralizing the management of credit insurances as part of a company-wide implementation of SAP.
For their credit insurances, the company needed to find a way to effectively administer the obligations and the insurance limits granted, as well as organizing follow-up processes, all within the new SAP system. Koch Media realized that FS2 Credit’s sub-module Credit Insurance fulfilled all of their defined requirements.
