Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Technical support in Team Autobank (Cash Application)
  • Analysis and classification of support requests according to urgency
  • In-depth research and independent development of new solutions
  • Follow up with support requests and quality measures
  • Coordination of requests between internal departments
  • Documentation of new solutions in our knowledge database

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk or accountant with an affinity for IT/technology
  • Knowledge and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or assets accounting
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP FI, also SAP Key-User
  • First support experiences are an advantage
  • Friendly, strong communication skills, team- and service-oriented
  • Enjoy working across departments
  • Good analytic skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment
  • Very good command of German and good command of English, both spoken and written
