COVID-19 Customer Information

As the coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic continues to impact societies and the global economy, we would like to update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.

Our organization will continue to provide support at our regular levels even if our offices are closed. We have historic plans that allow for continuity of operations in cases of weather (snow), natural disaster, closed facilities, etc. All team members are able to work from home. Our consulting teams are well versed in working remotely, so any travel restrictions, in general, will have a muted impact upon us.

Additionally, we have specific global continuity plans in place for our own internal servers, networks and facilities that will enable us to continue to support our customers during the current situation.
